Pills
so I just got back from the doctor's a while ago, and I just sat down and now I'm looking over the medication he gave me. Well, did he determine what's wrong with me lately? Not quite. It's more like, an unsure thing.
My mom told my doctor that I study a lot and that may be the reason for my migraines. But, I told my doctor that I get migraines when I wake up and it would last throughout a school day. He said it could be from being too tired, but he wasn't too sure. I had also told him that sometimes I'd still have my migraines although I've taken tylenol. He thought that was rather strange. So when I got there, he first checked if I was anemic by doing that eye test thing. I'm not, and I'm glad. He then proceeded to check my blood pressure. The nurce tested my blood pressure three times before actually recording anything and walked out of the room without saying anything.
The doctor came in, told me my blood pressure was normal so he wasn't really sure about what was really causing me to have these headaches. But he prescribed some pills. I was given 30 mg of Acetaminophen and codeine. And then my mom went off about all these other things that were wrong with me. I'm afraid that I didn't mention the whole knee injury thing, because I thought "well tomorrow's the last race..soo...yea" and I didn't want to bring it up cause my mom would be like,"stop running, bla bla bla" so yea.
So it's come down to this. Having to take pills once again. However, since it's only 30 mg, I doubt that I would ever become dependent on these pills. Unlike the last time, where I did become dependent on painkillers and such when I was in junior high, I don't think this will be too much of a problem. I find it rather amusing that on the label it says: "May cause drowsiness. Alcohol may enhance this effect. Use care when operating a vehicle or dangerous machinery." I think causing drowsiness will actually help me sleep, since I've been lacking in sleep a lot. And the second and third thing..seems so idiotic, but hey, you never know about people these days.
well moving on to less...mm depressing(???) news.. Last night I went trick-or-treating for Unicef, which turned out to be more boring than I thought it would be. errrghlez I feel bad for dragging Jason along with me...but yea, glad he came to keep me company. So, we got separated from the group and we just walked around. I kept trying to convince him to shoot me with his airsoft gun, but noooooooooooo he wouldn't do it. Damn.
So we stopped by Linda's house...then we just walked around..I was gonna go to Cat's house..but then I forgot which one it was -_-; ...so I went to Jen's house. I think her mom thinks I'm weirder than I was before. o.O; yea..anyways
we walked back to school and we just stood around talking about stuff. I remember looking up at the sky, spotting only a few stars that were visible that night. I started thinking back to when we were at camp, when it seems as though the sky had exploded, and the millions of stars was the outcome. Stars...
..how I love stars. I remember my fascination with Astronomy as a child. I would wonder what was out there, but not exactly in terms of aliens. I always thought about the millions of galaxies I gazed upon night after night, and how it was such a shame that we couldn't be blessed with such a scene like the one at camp so often. Sometimes I hate living in the city... but once you lived someplace all your life, it's hard to know anything else....or at least get use to it..
LoLz..well jenny sent me this song... enjoy =)
Vanessa Carlton- White Houses
Crashed on the floor when I moved in
This bungalow alone with some strange new friends
Stay up too late, and I'm too thin
We promise each other it's til the end
Now we're spinning empty bottles
It's the five of us
With pretty eyed boys girls die to trust
I can't resist the day
No, I can't resist the day
Jenny screams out and it's no pose
'Cause when she dances she goes and goes
Beer through the nose on an inside joke
I'm so excited, I haven't spoken
And she's so pretty, and she's so sure
Maybe I'm more clever than a girl like her
The summer's all in bloom
The summer is ending soon
It's alright and it's nice not to be so alone
But I hold on to your secrets in white houses
Maybe I'm a little bit over my head
I come undone at the things he said
And he's so funny in his bright red shirt
We were all in love and we all got hurt
I sneak into his car's black leather seat
The smell of gasoline in the summer heat
Boy, we're going way too fast
It's all too sweet to last
It's alright
And I put myself in his hands
But I hold on to your secrets in white houses
Love, or something ignites in my veins
And I pray it never fades in white houses
My first time, hard to explain
Rush of blood, oh, and a little bit of pain
On a cloudy day, it's more common than you think
He's my first mistake
Maybe you were all faster than me
We gave each other up so easily
These silly little wounds will never mend
I feel so far from where I've been
So I go, and I will not be back here again
I'm gone as the day is fading on white houses
I lie, put my injuries all in the dust
In my heart is the five of us
In white houses
And you, maybe you'll remember me
What I gave is yours to keep
In white houses [x3]
Enjoy =)

P.S
it's easier to tell lies rather than to tell the truth
if I could tell you how I feel now
I would say ...
